Warm up: 2:00 bike, 2:00 row, 2:00 box step
“Valentine’s Massacre” 

4 rounds for time

  • 6 back squats (standardized 155 men, 95 women, if not standard weight do two extra reps)
  • 1x 50′ sled push
  • chin ups 6 guys 3 women (if using a band do two extra) 
  • 1x 50′ sled push
  • 12 KB swings 
  • 1x 50′ sled push
