Warm-up: 25 squat thrust

6 rounds:

  • 3 hang cleans
  • 6/6 windmill
  • 24 oblique twists with ball
  • 6/6 front/side raise
  • 12 toe touch with ball

Finish: row 500m x2 (take whatever rest you need, just do it twice)
