Warm up: 1:00 x 6, jump rope, squat thrusts

FGB 1:00 each

Row
Lateral box jumps
Kettlebell swings (0:30/0:30)
Burpees
10 leg raise + 10 toe touch
Rest

Finish: choose your own adventure – run 1,000m daycare big loop, chest press burnout, or 4:00 kettlebell snatches
