  • Bear crawl

Strength: BB jerks 6×2

AMRAP 15:00

  • 5 wallballs
  • 5/5 KB swings
  • 5 plate raises 
  • 5 ABMAT sit-ups with the plate
  • 20 mountain climbers 

Finish: 3:00 low elbow plank
