Warm up: 10 squat, 10 jump squat, 20 lunges 

Mobility: Ido Portal squat warm up

Strength: back squat 1RM – 10 reps bare bar, 5-3-2-1-1

8 rounds:

  • 5 box jumps 
  • 10 ring rows 
  • 10 DB curls 
  • 100m ski
