Warm up: row/run 500

Strength: 10 on bar, 5 @ 50%, 3 @ 70%, 3×3 @ 80%

Two rounds – 2nd round do half:

  • 50 squats 
  • 50 DB curls 
  • 50 KB deadlift 
  • 50 leg raises 
  • 50 band tricep pull downs
  • 50 KB swings 
  • Run 500
