Warm up: 20 burpees, run 200

Mobility: pipe 

Regular workout 6 rounds:

  • 5 DB thrusters 
  • 10/10 KB snatches
  • 10 jump throughs 
  • 200m run 

Advanced workout 4 rounds: 

  • 15 DB thrusters 
  • 5/5 KB snatches
  • 10 GHD sit-ups 
  • 10 hspu 
  • 10 KB OH lunges 

Finish: 1,000m row 

Mobility: OH ring dip
