Workout for 8-29-2016

Warm up: 20 squats, 500m run 

Strength: bench press with pause 3 reps x 5 sets

5 rounds:

  • 5 burpees
  • 10 KBHP 
  • 20 toe touch crunches 
  • 200m run 

Finish: 20 pull ups
