Warm up: dynamic stretch, 10 squat thrust, 10 jump squats, 500m run 

8 rounds: 

  • Deadlift 1-2-3-4-4-3-2-1
  • Wallball 5-10-15-20-20-15-10-5
  • Kettlebell snatches (each arm) 5-10-15-20-20-15-10-5

Finish – 3 rounds – 1:00/0:20:

  • Ski
  • JR
  • Burpees 
  • Slamball
