Warm up: nice run 500, not nice 20 walking lunges, 10 braid jumps, 20 push ups, 20 squat thrust

The gorilla ladder…

6 rounds:

  • 12,10,8,6,4,2 Bench Press
  • 2,4,6,8,10,12 Burpees
  • 24 kettlebell swings
  • 24 ABMAT sit-ups 

Finish: row and ski relay!
