Warm-up: 1:00 each, X1: squatsquat thrusts, high knee jog, inch worm
5 rounds:

  • 5 BB floor press – HEAVY
  • 5 DB pull overs – HEAVY
  • 10/10 KB high pulls
  • 10 push-ups
  • 10 pull-ups

20/10, x8:

  • Burpees
  • Bicycles
  • KB half jumps
