Strength: BB jerk – 6×1

Endurance day! One round:

  • 1,000m run 
  • 50 shoulder press
  • 50 KB swing 
  • 50 box jump
  • 50 ABMAT 
  • 50 KB deadlift 
  • 1,000m row
  • 1,000m run 

Finish: 5:00 plank drill (0:20 timer – complete 5:00 total high plank)
