Workout for 7-11-2016

Warm up: 10 jump squats, 10 burpees, 400m run

Strength: 5-3-1 front squat go for one rep max 

5:00/1:00 x 4 rounds AMRAP

  • 5 burpees
  • 10 KB swings 
  • 5 knees to elbow or toes to bar 
  • 100m run 

Finish: 500m row
