Workout for 7-1-2016

Warm up: 10 burpees, 20 walking lunges, 200m run

6 rounds:

  • 6 squats 
  • 12 skull crushers 
  • 12 kettlebell deadlift 
  • 6 chin ups

Finish – 6 rounds: 

  • 100m ski
  • 10 jumping lunges 
  • 10 kettebell swings
