Warm up: 5 burpees, 10 jump squats, 20 walking lunges, 500m run
Strength: BB forward lunge > OH press 6 X 3 
5 rounds

  • 5/5 KB curtsy lunge
  • 10 Box jumps
  • 10 Wall balls 
  • 10 180 jumps
  • Row 500 400 300 200 100

Finish: Surprise!
