Workout for 6-27-2016

Warm up: 10 squats, 10 jump squats, 10 push ups, 10 burpees, 200m run 

Strength: 3 reps x 5 sets bench press

Metcon 5 rounds:

  • 100,200,300,200,100 Row
  • 10 Plyo Push ups left to right on med ball
  • KB front squats 
  • 100,200,300,200,100 Run 

Finish: 100 ABMAT
