Workout for 6-20-2016

Warm up: 10 squats, 10 push ups, 400m run

Strength: 5 rounds of 10 DB chest press on bench, couplet with 10 bent BB rows 

15:00 AMRAP 

  • 5 slurpees
  • 5 KB swings 
  • 5 KB squats 
  • 5 v-crunches 

Finish: 400m run with 30 broad jumps on the way back
