Workout for 6-17-2016

Warm up: 20 walking lunges, 300m run 

Mobility: 20 side lunges *challenge: with med ball*

“Reservoir Dogs”

One round for time 

  • Run
  • Sumo deadlift
  • Kettlebell snatches or swings if you are “special”
  • Walking lunges 
  • Run

Finish: 20 chin ups and 5 rounds of 10 double hammer curls and 10/10 crossover curls
