Happy Monday everyone! Let’s do some work! 

Warm up: 20 jump squats, 300m run

Mobility: squat warm up

Strength: 3 sets x 10 reps back squat

6:00/1:00 AMRAPs 

Round 1

  • 5 burpees 
  • 5 kbhp 
  • 20 toe touch

Round 2

  • 5 push ups
  • 5 straight leg on deadlift 
  • 5 ABMAT 

Round 3

  • 5/5 single arm KB row
  • 5 jump squats 
  • 5 prone rows 

Finish: run 1,000m
