Workout for 5-9-2016

Warm up: 10 jump squats, 20 mountain climbers, run 500

Strength: 2 reps x 6 sets back squat climb climb climb! 

10 rounds:

  • 5 burpee lateral box jumps
  • 10 kbhp two hands 
  • 10 V crunches 

Finish: run 500
