Workout for 5-6-2016

BEST OF LUCK TO ALL THE RUNNERS AT THE WHITEWATER CENTER TIME LAPSE 24 HOUR RELAY!!! Please hop up to the WWC and cheer on your Pride Conditioning crew, hang out and have some food and some drinks! 

Warm up: dynamic mobility, 20 walking lunges, 20 ST 

Strength: deadlift 5×5

15:00 AMRAP: 

  • 5 squats
  • 5/5 DB curls 
  • 5 KB swing
  • 5 box jumps 

Finish: ski 500m
