Strength: strict bar press 2 reps x 6 sets

Tabata WTF! 20/10 x 6 plus 200m run 5x

  • Plate raise 
  • Pulse lunge
  • Pulse lunge 
  • Front side shoulder half circle
  • Reach crunches
  • Mountain climbers 

Finish: row 500m
