Workout for 5-25-2016

Warm up: 500 squat thrusts and yell “Trey” every time you standup! 
Strength: BB Ab rollouts 5 X 5
Mobility: 10 pass throughs 

5/5 shoulder circles 

Stomach shoulder rotation 20-30 secs each side 

6 rounds:

  • 5 Power slams
  • 10 Donkey kicks
  • 10/10 Db choppers
  • 10 Db thrusters
  • 20 lemon squeezers

Stretch: 

  • spinal rotations 
  • Half pigeon 
  • Banded hamstring
