Warm-up: Dynamic walking, 20 jump squats, 20 push ups, 40 mountain climbers
3 rounds:

  • 200 m run
  • 30 wall balls
  • 30 KB swings
  • 30 T2B/K2E
  • 300 m run
  • 20 wall balls
  • 20 KB swings
  • 20 T2B/K2E
  • 400 m run
  • 10 wall balls
  • 10 KB swings
  • 10 T2B/K2E

Burnout: 3 sets DB chest press burnout on a bench

Finish: Burpee minute challenge
