Warm up: 1:00/0:20 ski, jump rope, side shuffle 

Mobility: portal squat routine, tap and twist

Strength: box squat 6 reps x 3 sets

5 Rounds:

  • 10 Walking lunges
  • 10Chin ups
  • 25 ABMAT sit-up
  • 200m Ski

Finish: more stretching! Mandatory!
