Workout for 5-11-2015

warm up: 10 squats, push-ups, squat thrusts, sets of mountain climbers 

Mobility: 10 side lunges, half dragonfly 0:30 each side

FGB 1:00 each x 5, 1:00 rest, 5 sets

  • Bodybuilder
  • 5/5 kettlebell high pulls
  • Lateral box jump 
  • 3 V-crunches + 12 toe touch
  • Row 0:30 medium 0:30 balls out

Mobility: half pigeon and half dragon fly again
