Warm up: 2:00/0:30 each – row, box step, SST

Strength: 10 reps, one at a time, hang clean and jerk

4 rounds:

  • 20,15,10,5 DB shoulder press
  • 5 toes to bar
  • 5/5 KB swing 
  • 20 KB squat 

Finish: row 2,000m with a partner
