Warm up: 2:00/0:30 – row, bike, SST 

Mobility: squat warm up and half pigeon

Strength: front squats 2 reps x 5 sets

0:30 each plus 0:30 rest – 6x 

  • Burpees
  • KBHP
  • KBHP
  • Half burpees
  • Chest press
  • V crunches
