Workout for 4-15-2016

Warm up: 50 JJ, 25 squats, 300m run, 

One round:

  • 15 BB back Squats
  • 20 Chin ups
  • 1,000m Run
  • 10 Squats
  • 50 Curls
  • 500m Ski
  • 5 squats 
  • 20 Lunges 
  • 4 Sled push 

Finish: 100 kettlebell swings
