Workout for 4-13-2015

warm up: 2x 10 squats, jump squats, squat thrusts 

Intervals 40/20 x 5 x 6 (30 rounds)

  • 10 mountain climbers/5 push ups 
  • 5 KBHP/5 swings
  • 10 plank jacks/1 mule kick
  • 10 leg raises/5 toe touch crunches 
  • Row your boat!

Finish: 250m run, 20 burpees, 250m run

Extra credit: 3x DB chest press burnout
