Warm up: 20 walking lunges, 20 squat thrust 

Mobility: Ido Portal Squat warmup 

Strength: 9 total hang clean plus front squat

Mini AMRAP! 7:00 each – 2:00 rest

A) 

  • 10 chest press
  • 10 bent rows
  • 10 kettlebell swings 

B)

  • 5 Slamball 
  • 5 KB squats 
  • 5 V-crunches 

C) 

  • 5 burpees 
  • 5 KB deadlift
  • 20 mountain climbers 

Finish: 500m run
