Workout for 3-9-2016

Warm up: run!!! It’s nice out so, 20 walking lunges then run 500m

9 Rounds: 

  • 3 Thrusters
  • 12 Kettlebell leg raises 
  • 3/3 DB snatches 
  • 9 Knees to elbow 

Finish: 15/15 front side raises, run 300
