Warm up: 2-4-6-8-10 push ups, plank jacks, jump squats

Intervals! 

2:00/0:30 mini AMRAP’s – 3x 

  • Row 250m rest of minute KB swings 
  • 4 DB chest press – 12 bench knee tucks
  • 12 squats – 24 mountain climbers 
  • Jump rope (gimme a few doubles)
  • 4 burpees – 4 BB rows
