Workout for 3-30-2016

Warm up: 20 walking lunges, 20 squats, 10 push ups, 400m run 

Strength: BB hang cleans 3×3


30/10 alternating 6x (3 of each)

  • Ski/KB swing
  • BB thruster/Jump Rope
  • Slamball/ABMAT
  • Row/Lateral Hurdle Hop
  • Box Step Jump/Mountain Climbers

Finish: 20 hspu or pike push ups
