Warm up: nice run 500, not nice 20 burpees

  • 5 bench press
  • 5/5 KBHP single hand
  • 10 push ups
  • 5 pull ups
  • 200m run
  • 200m row

Finish: 50 squats, 50 ABMAT sit-ups, 50 squat thrust
