Warm up: 10 squats, 10 squats thrust, 20 side lunges, 50 JJ

Endurance

5 Rounds 

  • 2 Deadlift 
  • 20 Kettlebell swing 
  • 40 Bicycles 
  • Run 200,300,400,500, 1,000

Finish: bring sally up squat drill with a kettlebell
