Workout for 3-21-2016

Warm-up: 20 squat thrusts, 50 jumping jacks, 20 arm circles x 2 

Strength: Back Squats – 3 sets of 5 reps

***yes you are squatting…again! Why?! Because everyone needs to squat more!

 

Ladder workout:

  • 50 Abmat situps
  • 40 Burpees
  • 30 Slamballs
  • 20 KB swings (2 hands)
  • 10 KB lunges – (10 per leg)
  • 20 KB swings (2 hands)
  • 30 Slamballs
  • 40 Burpees
  • 50 Abmat situps

 Finish: 500 meter run

Extra credit: bench press strip burnout
