Workout for 2-24-2016

Warm up: 20 lunges, 10 burpees 

Strength: hang cleans 4×3

5 rounds – 1:00 each station – 0:20 rest

  • Jump rope
  • HIAS plank
  • Kettlebell swing snatch 0:30/0:30
  • DB squat thrust thruster 
  • Lateral box jumps 

Finish: 100 ABMAT sit-ups
