Strength: Bench press! Get swole! 6×3

20:00 AMRAP ladder – start at 2 go up by 2

  • Push ups
  • Kettlebell high pulls two hands
  • Kettlebell front squats 
  • Kettlebell rows each arm 
  • V-crunches 

Finish: row 500m
