Workout for 12-7-2015

Warm up: 10 squats, 10 push ups, 10 burpees, on the ladder – karaoke and hopscotch 

Rounds: 

  • 21,18,15,12,9,6 chest press 
  • 6/6 single arm KB row 
  • 6/6 side to side med ball push up
  • 18 kbhp 
  • 24 toe touch crunches 

Now the fun part…

  • 500m row
  • 500m ski 
  • 25 squat thrust jump
