Warm up: 1:00 each – ski, jump rope, squat, 2x 

5 rounds:

  • 5 hang cleans
  • 10 shoulder press
  • 10/10 kettlebell snatch
  • 10 straight leg deadlift
  • 25 knee tuck crunches

Finish:
