  • 10 Chest press
  • 5/5 Kettlebell one arm row
  • 5/5 Kettlebell swing
  • 10 V crunches 

Rest 2:00

  • 5 Burpees
  • 5 Slamballs 
  • 5/5 kettlebell high pulls
  • 20 mountain climbers
