Remember, no 6am or 7pm Boot Camp today!

Warm-up: Movement; 30 Burpees

Warrior, strength: Arnold press, 5×4

Fight Gone Bad style, 1min each, 5 Rounds:

  • shoulder press
  • 12-6 ABMAT sit-ups
  • kettlebell swings
  • oblique twists
  • slam balls
  • rest

Boot Camp, finish: 20 hand stand push-ups/pike push-ups
