Workout for 12-23-2015

If you are still in Charlotte, and we see you out, or we see you posting on social media, but you didn’t come to this workout you’re in big trouble!!! 

In fact, we are only posting the first station of this workout so nobody reads this and bitches out. 

Warm up: 10 squats, push ups, squat thrust, 50 JJ

You will be split into teams and winning team will get some sort of prize next week.

2:00/1:00 and then one more time through at 1:00/0:30
