Workout for 11-16-15

Strength day.

Warmup: 10 twist lunges, 10 jump squats, 10 squat thrusts, 20 jumping jacks

 

6R x 6S of each. Increasing weight every time:

db bench pullovers / corner barbell rows.

Strength circuit 6 times through:

10 plyo pushups (hands leave the ground after the push)

10 x 10 db snatch

6 decline pushups strict form

10 boat to canoe to indian style seated hop

10 ring rows

warrior:

10 plyo pushups (with clap)

10/10 kb snatch

6 hspu

10 same abwork

6 mixed grip pull-up variations
