Workout for 10-5-2015


***Remember it is class vs class this year. Scores for each class will be done on an average (total class points divided by number of people in the class). So busy your ass to make sure your class time wins!


Warm up: 

  • 20 arm circles 
  • 20 squats
  • 20 push ups
  • 100 jumping jacks 

8 rounds:

  • 10 close grip DB chest press
  • 5 pull ups 
  • 5 slurpees
  • 50 bicycles
  • 10 slamballs

Finish: This is your first challenge! PLANK! Since all the previous years the plank challenge has gone over an hour and not everyone…instructors included…have that kind of time, we are changing it up this year. So this year plank is just 0:30 elbows and :30 high plank. No side plank. Each :30 will be worth 100 points. Competitors will also be able to double their points by having a plate on their back! Ladies will carry a 25 and guys will carry a 45. If the plate falls off in translation from high to low you are done. Remember this year it is class vs class so do your part to push your class time score up!
