Workout for 1-25-2016

Since a lot of people missed the Friday workout because of stupid snow and ice, we are kind of repeating it. 

Warm up: 2:00 bike, 2:00 row, 2:00 box step

Strength: front squats 6×2 

5 rounds:

  • 10 DB chest press
  • 5 Box jump 
  • 10 Ring row (advanced no band pull up)
  • 15 Kettebell high pull 
  • 10 V crunches 

Finish: to celebrate the panthers win…49 burpees! Yay panthers!!!
