Since a lot of people missed the Friday workout because of stupid snow and ice, we are kind of repeating it.
Warm up: 2:00 bike, 2:00 row, 2:00 box step
Strength: front squats 6×2
- 10 DB chest press
- 5 Box jump
- 10 Ring row (advanced no band pull up)
- 15 Kettebell high pull
- 10 V crunches
Finish: to celebrate the panthers win…49 burpees! Yay panthers!!!
