Warm up: 10 squats, squat thrust, push ups, 40 mountain climbers, 50 JJ

Strength: deadlift 6×2

8x 3:00/1:00 AMRAP 

  • 10 squats
  • 10 KB swings
  • 10 DB curls
  • 10 Slamballs
  • 20 switch jumps 
  • 20 mountain climbers
