Mobility: banded pipe squats, banded walks, towel slide lunges backwards and side

FGB, x5:

  • BB box squats
  • Curl & press
  • Jump rope
  • Mermaid dips
  • Side shuffle with speed skaters
  • Rest

Finish: 500m run
