warm-up: 10 squats, 50 jumping jacks, 300m run

20:00 AMRAP:

  • 5 deadlifts – any style
  • 5 box jumps
  • 50 mtn climbers
  • Pipe obstacle 
  • 200m run

Finish: 3:00 sprawl drill

Extra credit: curl burnout
